Hinatuan Mining Corporation (HMC) proudly congratulates the winners of the highly anticipated Binibining Gaylikasan 2024 competition, which showcased the talent, beauty, and environmental advocacy of local participants.

This year’s event celebrated the spirit of community, sustainability, and eco-consciousness, with contestants vying for titles that reflected their commitment to environmental stewardship.

The coveted title of Bb. Gaylikasan 2024 was awarded to Scottie Suacillo (aka Maria Maica Maxine Medina), who impressed the judges with her advocacy and overall presence. Leopaul Dublois (aka Lea Kinashin Alfafyia) took home the title of Bb. Gaylikasan Eco-Tourism 2024, demonstrating her passion for promoting sustainable tourism practices. Meanwhile, the title of Bb. Gaylikasan Charity 2024 was claimed by Lester Plaza (aka Mariana Kristina Aquada Marsida Lestera), who stood out for her dedication to charitable causes and community development.

In addition to the major titles, several contestants were recognized for their exceptional talents and attributes. Kenneth Gemparo (aka Paula Kathness Everdeen) earned the Miss Photogenic title, while Gaveson Rivas (aka Lars Pacheco) was named Miss Congeniality, reflecting his friendly and engaging personality. Androwen Cruzado (aka Shamey Supsup) captured the hearts of the audience with the Darling of the Crowd award, while Chris Cuarenta (aka Chris Bernal) took home the People’s Choice Award, reflecting his popularity among the public.

Other awardees included Leopaul Dublois (aka Lea Kinashin Alfafyia), who won Best in Production Number, and Scottie Suacillo (aka Maria Maica Maxine Medina), who impressed the judges with her Best in Advocacy and Best in Recycled Gown entries. Lester Plaza (aka Mariana Kristina Aquada Marsida Lestera) was awarded Best in Sportswear, completing the list of well-deserved winners.

The event was not only a celebration of beauty and talent but also a reflection of HMC’s commitment to environmental awareness and community engagement. HMC’s management team, led by Engr. Francisco J. Arañes Jr., Vice President, and Resident Mine Manager, attended the event to show their support. Dr. Oliver Dennis O. Lao, Admin Manager at HMC, served as the head of the board of judges, guiding the selection of winners based on their advocacy, poise, and passion for sustainability.
