If you are an intern, your personal informationwill be collected, used and may be disclosed to governmental authorities and third parties as may be necessary for the following purposes:

a. performing obligations under the memorandum of agreement;

b. administrative and human resources related matters within the Company;

c. managing and terminating your internship with us; and

d. process our compliance with any applicable laws, rules and regulations.

If you are a visitor, your personal information will be collected, used and may be disclosed to third parties as may be necessary, to manage and facilitate a smooth visit to head offices/mine sites.

STORAGE AND RETENTION

Records of your personal information are stored and retained in our database and secured storage facilities for a period set out in our Privacy Policy in accordance to the retention, storage and protection policies established by our Company. Physical security measures are implemented to safeguards hard copies and hardware containing your personal information, and only authorized personnel shall have access to your information. Appropriate disposal or destruction procedures shall then be performed following our internal policies and procedures for data and document retention and disposal.

As subject of the data we collect and process, it is important to us that you are aware of your rights provided under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and provide a convenient way for you to exercise these rights:

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

One of our main objectives is to provide you with a convenient way to access your personal information and exercise your rights under the law. If you wish to exercise any of your rights, you may send an email to our Data Protection Officer. Note, however, that changes and deletion of your personal information from our records shall only be done if within justifiable means and cause. To protect information from malicious or accidental destruction, residual copies from active servers and records found in backup system may not be immediately deleted.

UPDATES & REVISIONS

Any updates or revisions to our policies relating to privacy and security of your personal information shall be published on this notice and any major changes or improvements on our policy shall be separately communicated and highlighted but, nevertheless, shall still be included on this notice.

Heavy And Light Equipment Repair Section Head

Qualifications:

  • Registered Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office application is a must.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Can drive and must hold valid driver's license
  • With skills in equipment/machine repair
  • Willing to be assigned in Dinapigue, Isabela

Equipment Repair Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Registered Mechanical Engineer
  • At least 3 years supervisory experience in Mining or Manufacturing Set-up.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office application is a must.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Must hold valid driver's license with restriction code 3; and
  • Must know how to perform preventive maintenance and can troubleshoot/repair minor problems.
  • Willing to be assigned in Dinapigue, Isabela

Lube Truck Driver

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Vocational Course and/or TESDA NCII Holder
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with restriction code 3; and
  • Must know how to perform preventive maintenance and can troubleshoot/repair minor problems.
  • Willing to be assigned in Dinapigue, Isabela

Dump Truck Driver

Qualifications:

  • At least high school level education;
  • With at least 3 years of experience as a dump truck driver;
  • Valid driver’s license (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3) and NCII Certification;
  • Background in mechanical work/equipment troubleshooting;
  • Relevant certifications and training.

Shuttle Truck Driver

Qualifications:

  • At least high school level education;
  • With at least 1 years of experience as a shuttle truck driver;
  • Valid driver’s license (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3) and NCII Certification;
  • Background in mechanical work/equipment troubleshooting;
  • Relevant certifications and training.

Fuel Truck Driver

Qualifications:

  • At least high school level education;
  • With at least 1 years of experience in transport handling flammable goods;
  • Preferably trained for FOL spill response;
  • Valid driver’s license (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3) and NCII Certification;
  • Background in mechanical work/equipment troubleshooting;
  • Relevant certifications and training.
