We are looking for a Head of EPC to lead and manage the design, engineering, project execution, commissioning, handover, and asset management of multiple renewable energy projects. If you have the expertise and passion for renewable energy, we want you to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution & Delivery: Lead and manage the design, engineering, project execution, commissioning, and handover of renewable energy projects, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within agreed budgets while meeting quality and performance expectations.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Negotiate and manage EPC and O&M contracts, conduct competitive bidding, and ensure optimal performance from selected suppliers, contractors, and vendors. Maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure smooth project delivery and asset management.
- Technical Oversight & Compliance: Provide technical leadership in project development, review designs and configurations, ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, and support the Project Development team in project screening, economics, and technical inputs for permit applications.
- Asset Management & Operations: Oversee the O&M performance of plants, ensuring compliance with HSSE&SP, plant availability, cost management, and regulatory compliance. Lead continuous improvement in asset management strategies through the use of technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution; Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is an advantage.
- Engineering Board passer / Professional Engineer.
- 10 years of relevant experience in project management, EPC management, and contract negotiations, with strong experience in construction and commissioning of solar PV projects and high-voltage transmission lines.
- 10 years experience in power plant engineering technology and/or asset management, with at least 5 years in asset management.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and vendor management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder interfaces effectively.
- Technical expertise in engineering principles, construction methodologies, and BESS integration.

Chief Technology and Asset Officer (1 Vacant Position)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from accredited institutions; Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, an advantage
- Engineering Board passer / Professional Engineer
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from internationally recognized asset management organizations such as Institute of Asset Management and Asset Management Council, preferred but not required
- Professional: At least 15 years experience in power plant engineering technology and/or asset management, with at least 5 years in asset management.
- Leadership: At least 10 years experience in a senior management level in an operating power plant at the level of facility head or general manager.

Qualifications:
