The Municipal government of Bataraza in southern Palawan has awarded Rio Tuba Nickel Mining Corporation (RTNMC) as one of the town’s top five (5) corporate taxpayers with updated tax payments for the Calendar Year (CY) 2020.
The recognition was given by Mayor Hj. Abraham M. Ibba and Vice Mayor Kennedy Jaafar during the opening of Bataraza’s 57th founding anniversary.
Coral Bay Nickel Corporation (CBNC), Rusi Motorcycle, Mariyani, Inc. and Batarasa Consolidated, Inc. (BCI) complete the list of top five (5) corporate taxpayers.
Bataraza, a first class municipality with 86,971 2019 population census, is the host municipality of RTNMC.
Since then, its public-private partnership commitment has paved the way for the realization of numerous community development initiatives in town.
