The company assists the weavers of Barangay Ocayan through its social development and management program. The program also incorporates numerous market linkages and capacity-building initiatives.
In commemoration of Women's Month, RTNMC acknowledges the vital contributions of women to community empowerment.
The venture is being assisted by RTNMC through the mining firm's SDMP support program by integrating various capacity building and market linkage.
