The awarding ceremony was a vibrant gathering, attended by HMC representatives led by Engr. Francisco J. Arañes Jr., Vice President and Resident Mine Manager. They were joined by the Talavera BLGU, headed by Hon. Pedrito B. Alsong, Brgy. Captain, demonstrating a strong partnership between the corporation and local leadership.

The event was further enlivened by performances from Charizze Arnigo, a Grand Finalist from Tawag ng TanghalanSeason 3, along with representatives from Talavera participating in the Panginabuhian Festival.
