Cagdianao Mining Corporation (CMC) has been awarded the Certificate of Registration for its Apprenticeship Program on Heavy Equipment Operation (Rigid On-Highway Dump Truck) National Certification (NC) II by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Caraga Region.

This recognition underscores CMC's commitment to skill development and community empowerment.

The certificate, personally presented by TESDA Dinagat Provincial Director, Allan S. Millan, signifies the corporation's adherence to rigorous standards set by TESDA in vocational training.

Accepting the honor on behalf of CMC were Mary Jean Litang, ComRel Supervisor, and Adena S. Custodio, ICE Officer, highlighting the collaborative effort involved in the program's implementation.

Part of CMC's robust Social Development and Management Program (SDMP) for 2023, the apprenticeship initiative has already begun yielding tangible benefits for the community.

A total of 22 individuals from Host and Neighboring Communities have been selected to participate, offering them invaluable opportunities for skills enhancement and economic empowerment.
