The two-day training session, facilitated by esteemed personnel from the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Region 13, alongside Frecel Salas from the Municipal Agriculture Office of Cagdianao, served as a platform for knowledge exchange and practical skill-building.
