The Multi-Partite Monitoring Team (MMT) for Cagdianao Mining Corporation (CMC) inspected the company's Annual Environmental Protection and Enhancement Program (AEPEP) accomplishments covering the 1st Quarter of 2023 and its compliance to Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC).
The team was represented by Engr. Riajh Jeanne Caluyong- MGB ROXIII, Engr. Rey Ghali Balite- EMB ROXIII, Ms. MJA Mae Napalan- REACH Foundation, Forester Dennis Banacia - PENRO Dinagat, Brgy. Captain Gesrael Tillo - BLGU Valencia, Engr. Limuel Avila- MENRO Cagdianao, Mr. Bonifacio Jazon- Religious Sector and Ms. Christine Anover - DOH Dinagat.
The MMT members are the monitoring arm of the Mine Rehabilitation Fund Committee (MRFC) which ensures the company's compliance to the conditions stipulated in the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC), Environmental Management and commitments made in the EPEP and Social Development Management Program.
